By using XStellar Systems ("XStellar", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
XStellar provides software that connects to your Instagram business account through Meta's official OAuth flow and helps you:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your XStellar account and any devices or sessions used to access it.
XStellar uses Meta OAuth. We do not ask for or store your Instagram password.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, the authority to connect your Instagram account, and your use of responses, workflows, and lead data produced by the service.
You may use XStellar only for lawful business purposes related to your own lead qualification and sales workflows.
You may not:
XStellar currently delivers customer notifications through dedicated private channels in an XStellar-managed Slack workspace.
By using the service, you acknowledge that XStellar operators may access those channels for onboarding, support, debugging, monitoring, and incident response.
XStellar uses third-party AI providers to analyze messages, score leads, generate summaries, and draft or send responses. These outputs are probabilistic and may be imperfect.
Important: XStellar is an automation system, not a guarantee of sales outcomes, platform approval, or zero operational risk.
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing cycle you select. We may use third-party payment providers, including Razorpay and Stripe, depending on product availability and geography.
Unless required by law or a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of your business data, lead data, and conversation data. You grant XStellar a limited right to process that data solely to operate, maintain, secure, and support the service.
We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You may stop using XStellar at any time and may revoke Instagram access through Meta or Instagram settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, create security risk, or place the service or other customers at risk.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and guaranteed accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XStellar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or platform actions by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XStellar's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to XStellar in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.
