If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end (e.g., charged twice, charged the wrong amount), we will investigate and issue a full refund for the erroneous charge within 5–7 business days.
If the Service is completely unavailable due to issues on our end for an extended and documented period (more than 72 consecutive hours), we may, at our discretion, issue a prorated credit toward your next billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions. XStellar Systems does not store your payment card details.
In case of a payment dispute, please contact us at support@xstellar.systems before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.
